This website is operated by GA MX Helper ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make through it. By using this site or purchasing GA MX Helper or GA Wire Helper, you agree to these terms.
GA MX Helper and GA Wire Helper are downloadable software applications, each sold as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription — there is no recurring charge, and no ongoing obligation on your part to keep paying to keep using what you bought. Bug fixes and minor corrective updates are always included at no additional cost. Updates that add new features, materially change the user interface, or add new capabilities may be offered separately as a paid upgrade; purchasing the base app never obligates you to buy any such upgrade.
Purchasing GA MX Helper or GA Wire Helper grants you a license to use the software, under the terms of the End User License Agreement included with the app. It does not transfer ownership of the software, its source code, or any underlying intellectual property to you. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the software or your license key with others outside the terms of that license.
Purchases made through this website are processed by Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Your payment information is handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy — we do not receive or store your card details. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's own terms of service and privacy policy as the platform processing the transaction.
We sell several digital products — GA MX Helper, its bundles with Engine Analytics and/or the Flight Data Add-On, the standalone Engine Analytics and Flight Data Add-On upgrades, GA Wire Helper, the Complete Bundle, and any other add-on or bundle offered for either app — each delivered immediately upon purchase and each a one-time purchase rather than a subscription. For all of them, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you're experiencing a problem with the software, contact us — we want to help resolve it and get things working before a refund would ever need to be part of the conversation.
You're responsible for your own data — where it's stored, whether it's backed up, and keeping copies safe. See the app's own documentation for how local storage and backups work. We are not able to recover data you haven't backed up yourself, since nothing you enter into the app is ever sent to us or stored on any server we control.
This website and the software sold on it are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GA MX Helper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the software, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the software.
Nothing on this website or in the software constitutes aviation maintenance advice, legal advice, or a guarantee of regulatory compliance. GA MX Helper is a recordkeeping and shop-management tool, and GA Wire Helper is a drafting and recordkeeping aid that does not produce FAA-approved or FAA-accepted data; you remain responsible for your own compliance with applicable FAA regulations and any other laws that apply to your work.
All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and the GA MX Helper and GA Wire Helper names and branding — is owned by GA MX Helper or its licensors, except where otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without permission.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes affecting past purchases won't be applied retroactively in a way that takes away rights you already had at the time of your purchase.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
